These terms apply to webuyrecordsusa.com and to calls and text messages with We Buy Records USA LLC, doing business as We Buy Records Chicago, 10233 W. Roosevelt Rd., Westchester, IL 60154.

Our service

We buy record collections in person across all of Illinois, NW Indiana and SW Michigan. We do not buy by mail. Any offer is made only after we see your records in person; nothing on this site or in a text message is an offer, quote or valuation.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

  • Program: We Buy Records Chicago customer text messages. When you text one of our business numbers, we reply — including an automatic reply telling you how to reach our buyer, Brian, by text about selling your records.
  • Message frequency varies — usually one automatic reply, plus replies to your own messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP or text (630) 544-9733.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase — you do not have to agree to texts to sell records to us.
  • We do not share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

How text consent works

We only text people who text us first. When you send a text to (312) 500-4546 or (312) 637-1495, you are asking us to reply, and you will receive an automatic reply like this one:

"We Buy Records Chicago: thanks for your text! Brian answers texts at (630) 544-9733. Text him photos of your records, a rough count and your town. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
